IV's wanted -X/X/X/31/x/31 the rest if i can have them in the 20's would be cool.
Nature- Modest
egg moves- doesnt matter
EV spread- 252 sp.attack 252 speed
Moveset- dragon pulse dark pulse aura sphere and one other doesnt matter lol suprise me

I'm actually getting Pikachu today (in fact i got it already) Dx
But I should be able to finish the Luke / Bagon pretty fast so u shouldn't have to wait very long to get milo.

Um cause you have to have a combination of certain IVs to get it. If you're one off, you could get a completely different HP type.
