[Other] Make battles Battle tower style in HGSS?

    Im trying to figure out how to make gym leader battles inn to Battle frontier or battle tower style. Flat lvl, no items etc. In PPRE Palmer for example only has a rattata lvl 5. This makes coclude i have to attack this from a diffrent angle.

    Any tips are appriciated!
