    make me a deck of water-ice pokemon please is the fossilized articuno or the bayleef card good enough to put in your deck to play with?
     

    it depends on what kind of Bayleef you are talking about...but the Articuno from Fossil is one of the better cards from those days, and I bet it is still usable if you put it with the right supporting cards...
