[Other] Make SolarBeam a one turn move

    Hi guys .

    I wanted to know if there is a way to make Solar Beam a 1 turn move, with the two animations running on the same turn.

    Using the "Move Editor" and changing to one turn move will make the second animation disappear, showing only the charging part.

    my idea was to make SOLAR BEAM a 1 turn move with low priority and 5PP ... this should be enough to balance the move
