[Battle] Make Trainer Levels Same as Player Levels

For Firered, I want the trainer to have the same level as my Pokemon.

Hmm, I'm also thinking of this one. But I couldn't find any. If possible, I want both of all the trainers and all the wild Pokemon would level up with the trainer's Pokemon. Is there a way to do it?
