[Scripting Question] Make trainers say something in the middle of the battle

Hey guys! Well, I think the title explains my problem in a nutshell. I just need to make a trainer say something when he has just 1 pokemon, like "ill do my best now" or things like that. Where can I edit that? Is in a file of PBS? Thanks, guys.

It looks like this isn't made for Essentials v16.2. Nothing happens when you use it.

An alternative option to using that tutorial (which apparently doesn't work) is to install the Elite Battle System by Luka. S.J.
The functionality of last Pokemon speech and BGM is pre-installed and you just need to type in the trainer type, message and BGM you want played.
If you already have the EBS, this is the way to go.
