    It should be in this format:
    NameOfFakePoke
    Evolution Chain ex. Poke>Poke>Poke(In order of evolution, if it has an evo chain)
    TypeOfPoke(Can be fake)
    Hold Item(Can be fake)
    Moves and PP(Can be Fake Moves)

    Your Pokemon can be a pre or post evolution of an actual Game Freak Pokemon if desired.

    Here is my example...

    Pantomeem
    Smoochum>Jynx>Pantomeem
    Psychic, Dark
    Rhubarb Twig
    Moves:
    Shadow Claw-25 PP
    Psychic-15 PP
    Confuse Ray-30 PP
    Darkness Void-5 PP
