Making a Pokedex

I want to make my own page for a Pokedex book that shows the moves, abilities, entry, etc.
Sort of like this book: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/...a_Moon_Edition:_The_Official_National_Pokédex

Does anyone know of a template somewhere that I could use?

I'm thinking you could try and find if someone scanlated that book or some similar one. If not, you could always put that template up in photoshop and re-make it over itself so that it is in high quality.

I don't quite understand what you're saying...
I wanted to make a page or two of fakemon in the dex.

You can use the program photoshop to paint over the picture you sent and leave the spaces with just their color. Make every shape a new layer, and you'll have a template soon enough. If I ever got the time, it's an interesting thing to do, actually. Good luck with that!
