Making a Pokemon game; have ideas; need suggestions

This will be my first rom hack. [ I decided to not do my other one -.-"].
I will be working on this often; whenever I have time.

This will be a hack of Fire Red.

Story / ideas


You are the Hero[ine].
Region is named Kion.
There will be two versions;[still deciding on the names] both having differences. Pokemon Crimson Kion and Pokemon Aqua Kion. I am still deciding on the names. There might possibly be a 3rd one; Pokemon Dark Kion!


Seviper and Zangoose
Plusle and Minun
Solrock and Lunatone
or
just Absol. [Leaning towards this].
will be the starters.
[Still need opinions on this.]

Team

So far, I am the only one on this team.
I can map, sprite and script; but i`m not very good at all of them.

Im still going to edit the tiles later and fix up some things.

Well, I have no idea what you are talking about through half of it. Expand on your storyline, too. And how many hacks are you making? I count five: (Latios/Latias, Crimson/Aqua, Dark). Or are Crimson/Aqua regions?

Well, whenever you have free time, I'd advise you to add to your post, otherwise this could get closed by mods.

But don't worry, they'll warn you first. (Except for maybe Thrace, I'd watch out for her.) ^^

I think that the map is pretty nice, for a beginning map. My comments:

-Make the grass more sporadic, and make it so that the player has to go through most of it to get through the map.

-The mountains are sort of square; make them more, uh, not-square.

-The path looks quite nice, though. :)

-Also, cover up the areas to the sides of map, unless you want the player to go out those ways. And, add a few medium-sized trees here and there.

its years into the future in kanto and team rocket has reformed and taken over(or some other team if u like)you live in pallet and team rocket is coming to recruit new members so every 1 in town has worked on a plan to smugle you and your best friend out but right after you get your pokemon something happens to your best friend and he/she turns all evil and you set out to save him/her instead of 8 gyms there are 8 team bases and you have to take them down one at a time in order to get to the main base were your friend is at and take it down and get your friend back(taking place instead of elite 4)other stuff inclueds a virus that your starter pokemon have that gives them new evolutions ,pokemon lab is now the rebels hideout,and you are a hole new hero

If you have a storyline idea, don't go and push it off on someone else, and expect them to make it into a hack. I believe lmfaomarie (sorry if I spelled that wrong, I'm typing without a reference ^^) asked for ideas, not a whole storyline. If you think it's that good to be in a game, start the game yourself.
