[Graphics] Making Gen V styled tiles based on the OG FR/LG tiles, is it possible?

For the hack I have been planning on making for almost ten years, I have finally settled on using the OG FR/LG tiles but in Gen V style, however, no-one has made any tiles based on the original FR/LG tiles. So, I thought to myself, that I would make the tiles myself. All I need is tips on how to make Gen V styled tiles and hopefully, I will make them, using the FR/LG tiles as a base.
