    Hello I am currently hacking DS Roms, I am editing the textures and palettes of some trees in HGSS in which here, I am allowed up to 256 colors. Here they are:

    Here is my problem however. Whenever I try to insert them into the game, it turns out their palette isn't the same and I get this garbled mess on one of them while the other looks fine.

    I'd like to know how to make sure that both images have the exact same palette while having the background remain transparent. I've tried InfanView and it didn't help much at all.
