    Exactly what it says. He just has static at the top and bottom, much more at the top. I don't know how to even begin solving this problem. It doesn't occur when running for some reason. Is it possible to just edit it away?
     
    Okay I just redid all the male character sprites using OWM, a tool I just learned exists, and now the female sprite is reduced to a black rectangle (but only sometimes and I can't figure out the pattern yet) and everyone goes invisible in certain spots on the map I loaded the states in.
