    I just like Ash, but not at all...
    Drew is the best rival I've already seen!
    But my favorite is Sir Aaron, the one who star the theory of Aura! And he's charismatic, too. ^^

    Satoshi will always be my favorite male from the anime.

    Takeshi and Shigeru have always been my favorites. For male pokemon it'd be Meowth, Charizard, Buizel, and Bulbasaur.
     
    Hmm, Ash has grown on me over the years. I didn't really like him all that much when I first started watching pokemon, but as he's progressed through the show, I've begun to like him. Richie and Gary are probably my two favorite males in the series though.
     
    my favorite charater is ash:) the reason for this is he is really smart and is good with his pokemon friends!!!
     
    Shuu, Shigeru, and Shinji are my faves. <3

    mine are brendan, drew, and paul Brendan cause he has sorta a "feminine" side to him from what I hear and read, Drew cause he shows-off and i kinda like that and paul cause he gets owned by his own pokemon! lol that isn't why, i like his bad boy attitude

    I'll say Gary. He was a great rival who drove Ash crazy by being at least a badge ahead of him. And not only was he a rival of Ash's but I felt he was a rival of Brock's too. Gary always got the girls, while Brock just got smacked in the face. xD
    It's a shame Gary had to go away. ):

    Yeah, I'm gonna say Gary too. He was a really good battler and he was like everyones rival.
