Manaphy help!

well im getting pokemon ranger today only to try and get the manaphy egg.

1. Can you trade manaphy onto diamond before the elite 4 in diamond.

2. im in europe so i need the europian code to get the egg.
does anyone have it.

how do you get the mission i did the first 3 but i dont know how to get the manaphy one

It depens on where u live. u need to type a mission code into where u put passwords.just search on google on which country u live and code

ok never mind i got my egg earlier today it was a little difficult seeing as my top right button works once in a blue moon but now all i need is to go to a friends house to get my manaphy egg on diamond
