    Hi everyone!

    Wondering what is Phione? And why do you get one if you breed Manaphy?
    Somone asked me if they could borrow my Shiny Manaphy from Pokemon Ranger to breed for a Shiny Phione(They thought if they breed a shiny they got a better chance of a shiny)

    Anyway anyone who can gimmie some info on Phione would be great!

    Phione is the pre-evolution of Manaphy. Therefore, to get it, you need to breed Manaphy and hatch it from an egg. Manaphy, so far, is the only legendary Pokémon that is capable of being bred.
     
    Yeah, but a Phione can't evolve into another Manaphy.

    And tell your friend that breeding shinies doesn't enhance your chances at getting one. It's still the 1/8192 chance.
