Manga Club

I can check! Its rated Teen 13+

Not yet! I just bought it on JustManga.com today. The complete set. I have watched the entire anime though.

I have all 5 volumes. It was cute. : ) I've seen most of the anime, but stopped near the end. The manga and anime endings are really different. XD

That is what I read and it made me want the manga. I read that the manga is more school life where as the anime focused more on the magical girl part.

Wow, I can't wait till it gets here then. ^_^

I also got one today called Beauty Pop.

In Kiri's school there are 3 boys who carry out transformations on random pretty girls; Narumi Shougo, the hairstylist, Minami Kei, the nail artist and Ochiai Kazuhiko who balances the overall look. They are adored by the girls because they are so good at making them beautiful. However, Kiri is also a master hairstylist who is willing to 'add some magic' for those who need it, but in disguise. Now Kiri is forced to face the three in a showdown with Narumi.

Its T for Teen.

Wow, welcome everyone! I need to check out Ultra Manaic and Love Attack. I been reading Tsubasa, but I need to get the later volumes. Only got up to Volume 10. And yes it does get dark later on...that is what I heard. But it is a awesome manga. <3

Oh I guess I will answer my question. At this point my number one favorite manga is: Lovely Complex. I love, love, love this manga right now...omg. The art and story is totally amazing. I heard though there would a little more stuff in the manga than the anime. So this is worth getting all volumes for.

Doesn't that tend to be the case with anime vs manga?

Yeah I think so. But it shouldn't stop you for enjoying what you like. If you like the manga, awesome! If you like the anime, that is fine too. Just saying that it is great to get into both because they can be different. They might add different scenes and such. ^^

True, but I tend to get bored if they are too alike.

I need to join seriously.
It's manga after all.

Welcome to the club, Shika-kun!~

I've got a question: would anyone say that Venus Versus Virus is a decent read? I'm not making it a priority read or anything, but I recently saw the anime.... it sucked balls. -_- However, from what I've seen, that's usually the case with 12-episode adaptions that're done while the manga's still in the middle of its run (I mean, those easily seem to be the worst, most rushed and half-assed kind of adaptions out there.... though, there are some exceptions). I'm not exactly expecting the manga to be a masterpiece either, but if it's a helluva lot better than the anime, I'd like to check it out at some point (if nothing else, I really like Lucia's character design ^^).

I read manga's!! Well yeah! Can I join? ^_^

Oh have any of you read Sugar Sugar Rune?
I can't find the manga. O.o

I've read volume one, bought it, then sold it. I didn't really like it. : < The animation style in Sugar Sugar Rune annoys me. o-o

Yes, Beauty Pop ruuuuules~ Me and pinky have read volumes 1-4. Volumes 5 and 6 are out, but have yet to get them. >.<
