I was about to say Yotsuba&! :p

It would be awesome! Azumanga Daioh was hilarious as an anime and I think Yotsuba& would be better.
I can just imagine Yotsuba's voice right now.

Despite Yotsuba&! being my all time favourite manga, I really wouldn't want to see it animated. I think the static framing of the chapters makes it what it is. =|

Anyway, I'd like to see Veritas, Kurohime, Fairy Tail and Umineko no Naku Koro ni (if it hasn't already been scheduled for one) be adapted, since the first three's action scenes would be great to see animated. And Umineko just because horror manga are always much more unsettling when they're in motion. |3

I swear Yotsubato! would skip anime and become a 15 minute live-action drama series.
I am quite serious when I mean this.

Need Biomega and The Idolmaster turned into an anime.
I know the latter has an anime already, but it was so bad it doesn't count.
