Manomow's fakemon

It is saved in JPG and is basicly a midget of a Girafarig. Though, you added alot more information about it than most fakers :)
 
awww. thats kinda cute<3~ the girafa...
buut... its missing something.
its just that it looks like ( i coudl be wrong here) you took away some details on the giragafrig (omfg sp?!?!? eep) sprite.
well... be creative~ just try soemthign completely different! why not give it really stubby legs? pre-evos look VERY different form their evolutions, so dont shy away from messing about with the pre-evos as much as you like.
i find pre-evos are MUCH harder to think up as you have to reduce down from something as opposed to adding more deatails or assets.
in short: make the pre-evo smaller/cuter (change its assets or take them away) you just need to amke it more unique and original! have FUN! go wild :3~
dispite all that grumbling, i do like the start youve got there. (plus ill understand if you dont really feel like doing anymore to that sprite XD' im like that, but at least use what ive said for future refrence, ne?)

Yeah i wouldnt post other peoples stuff on your own thread...
But you did add alot of info on the others, props on that.
 
well, in future, if i were you i'd always say if i didnt make the sprite. usually i give credits to others if they've done any wok, i.e designs or mebbe even just the idea for designs, i'd always say :s safer that way. :3
 
I know. Ive been trying to find a way to change them. My original drawings were PERFECT but the sprites look too much like the base.

The shading is wrong. Make sure you pay special attention to the shading next time.
 
I finally have the pikablue sprite. I also have the evolved form of Rotom, Rototoma. I know its not much of an addition and the shading is HORRIBLE, but i had a pic and i was bord so I did it. Also the original rototoma. Also, sk8kickflip made an aipup and girafa sprite.

Work on shading and anatomy, as well as doing more complex editing. Pikablu is pretty much just a recolor with copy and paste, and you shouldn't post sprites that aren't yours.

On your red blob sprite, all you did was take the darn paint brush, make it fatter, cover it up, and say DONE! Evolutions are much more complex, there are usually size and color changes (Raichu has a darker yellow, is bigger) new additions in the anatomy (The tail is a thin wire with a lightning bolt) etc.

Work on that as well, Aipup IS Aipom, just without a hand on the tail. Girafa is Girafarig, just without the head on the tail, as well as the stripes.
 
All Pikablue is really supposed to be marrill so I just added a few more features to really make it look like a pikabule. As for Rototoma, It was a long night, I quickly did it I was tired, It was like 3:30 am and yeah...
I also have more fakemon. There is, Girafarigama, Licky, Tropaicalia, Porygon-X (branch evolution, evolves from Porygon, not porygon 2 or z but porygon, when you trade it with a Dubious Disk.),
and Shucksol.
