Mapping Competition draft / judge criteria and judging

    I was wondering about the "Tileset" judging part. I know that you're saying that if the person makes good use of the tileset, but does it matter how good (like professionaly made) the tileset is? For example, if someone made a map with FR/LG tiles and then someone else made the exact same map but with R/S/E tiles (not saying that's allowed or anything), would the FR/LG tiles win?
     
    Are we judging every map? I personally think that we shouldn't judge the maps that we know has no chance of winning. :D
