I guess I just liked it the old way where every month you could only vote for the same person a max of three times, but oh well. And shouldn't this and the voting thread be stickied by now?

Excuse me, but you cannot nominate. You can go to the voting thread and copy the topics into the post. And the rules and procedures are there.

SPAM forums actually attract some people to join the site. I know it's wierd but I've noticed that it works.

I don't think it's a good idea to put the "bad" awards. Some people will just do it on purpose to feel special.
 
Really? Spam forums are good? But we're going OT.

"Bad" awards are kinda mean. I say keep it all positive. XD
