Do you possibly have a Torchic on B/W? I've got several DW Pokemon I'm willing to part with, including UT Lickitung and Tangela (Lickitung is female as well).

Sorry, but I do not. A couple of shops here have DW Blaziken though.

In that case what starters do you have on B/W? I don't care if they're DW or not, I'm just curious.

I have all Gen V, All Gen IV, Venusaur, and Feraligatr. I'm especially interested in Gen III starters, but any that I don't have will do. Since you said you can't get me Torchic, how about Mudkip (or Marshtomp or Swampert, I'm not picky)?

Oh, and if this does work, I can't clone, but I'm willing to wait for you to get them cloned.

Swampert, I have for sure. I can get the others but it'll take time for them. What do you have to offer?
 
I've got DW Exeggutor, Rapidash, Lickitung (female, UT), Bibarel, or Tangela (UT). That's about it, although I've got a DW Taillow I can get soon (used my DW hour today and forgot to wake up).

Do you have any events, IV pokes, or shiny? I mean, I'll accept DW pokes because Swampert ain't that special, but I like the other types of pokes better.

I have Event Suicune, Raikou, and Entei, but nothing else I'm willing to give up. At least not yet, still working on shinies.

EDIT: I also have Arceus and Jirachi events if you can clone them and get one back to me.
