MarioKart Double Dash

Yes I do. It's definitely not as good as Super Mario Kart for the SNES (The only game I've played on that), but it's certainly better than MK64 *shudders* XD But... yeah, although with King Boo/Petey Piranha it does make the game already easier than it is already (even though they take a while to unlock). My favourite combination (without King Boo, Petey Piranha's really too big IMO) would be Koopa Troopa/Paratroopa and Toad/ette. Triple shells and the Golden Mushroom. What could be sweeter? XD

yeah my fave is Yoshi and maybe baby mario/luigi nothing like a chain chomp aimlessly leading you about at break neck speeds is there anything better then that oh yeah making petey pirhanna mini so you can see where you are going well maybe thats second best XD favourite track dk mountain (the canonn) and mushroom bridge

The thing with the Chain Chomp is, that whilst it is teh best weapon, you can only really get it in 6th 7th or 8th place. I've obtained a Golden Mushroom when I was 1st for crying out loud, and the Triple Shells come in all the time with the Koopa's in the back seat. ^_^

No need to brag! XD But I would have to agree with you. Especially in multiplayer, it comes up way to often. In one multiplayer game of Baby Park, there were 4 Blue Shells. It was absolutely shocking! XD

Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Super Mario Kart, Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart: Double Dash!!

That's my order from best to worst.

I hate Double Dash!! The speed is slow, everything and everyone is shiny. The partner thing annoys me. Diddy Kong is in it for some reason. @@ Levels and music are boring etc. A Triforce arcade Mario Kart is coming out, that looks good. It's like MK64 but GCNized.

It's the first MK game that I think actually beats the SNES version, as much as it pains me to say it. Although I have fonder memories of the latter.

I use Petey Piranha and King Boo. This version's Rainbow Road is the best track ever. :bandit:

DD was good fun, but too short. Mario Kart 64 was the best, I always loved pulling come-from-behind victories on Rainbow Road (wait for leader to get near a corner, Red Shell, knock them over the edge, but race like nothing else matters)

I have Double Dash. I beat the whooooooooole game easily. Boy was it fun!

The only Kart game I have is Super Circuit... and I lost that ages ago. o__<;;

I did rent this once, though. I really couldn't get into it since it was just... I dunno. x_X There were too many features or something in this when all I wanted to play was the simple racing game I'd played on the N64.

I thought that this game's single player mode was outstanding. Although a few of the levels did sort of seem like clones of the ones in MK64, most of them were very original and creative.

Also, I thought that adding a second person on each kart was a great idea. Not only did it give people the chance to work together with their buddies in races, but it also added strategy to the racing game.

As for the multiplayer mode... well, I wasn't very impressed. Although I did like the Luigi's Mansion level, all of the other levels seemed to be a little too small, or just unimaginative. They definitely could have done better with the multiplayer in this game.

yeah I agree the luigi's manison idea was cool cause me and my mates still lark about on it now and I got luigi's mansion level ages ago kinda 3 days after it came out in the UK but I do think shine thief if with 4 players on tilt a kart is ridiculous cause there are people powersliding off the edges and dropping from the sky onto you
