[Legends: Arceus] Mass outbreak

I am Shiny hunting using the mass outbreak methode. But when the mass outbreak is cleared and i quit the game. Then go back to Jubilife village and want to enter the mass outbreak again it is suddenly gone. Is this normal. Is there A way i can keep Them coming so that i can make A chain??

I'm pretty sure that one of the updates made it no longer possible to shiny hunt this way. You'll probably want to look up other methods to shiny hunt in PLA.
