Nintendo recently issued a massive DMCA on 379 fangames across the platform.

The Massive DMCA letter was posted public, due to alleged revenue being generated by Gamejolt via "banner ads" despite users such as myself having disabled them due to the fact that these are not-for-profit fangames.
What are your thoughts on this announcement?
