I have no screenshots, or footage, but it's true.
I have found a master ball in the outskirt stand store (Pokemon Colosseum).
I was a Poke-n00b when I found it so I blew it on Skarmory.
I restarted the game when I learned why the master ball was so awesome, and that I could trade it to Emerald (I WANT MY LATIAS!)
But it wasn't there the second time I played through the game.
(PS it appeared there right before Realgam Tower, then I bought it and it disappeared)
Anyone else seen it?
