    Is there another way to get a masterball besides the one in Team Aqua/Magma lair?
     
    There is a lottery lilycove city (it's the same thing as the lucky number show in G/S/C) and if all of your ID numbers match you get a masterball.
     
    And with the masterball, could you catch Mewkagillion? A friend of mine caught it at Lv5. and he said there were more types of Mews?

    Uh, your friend is lieing. There are no other types of Mew, unless you're couting Mewtwo.
