Beat Claire,go to the Dragon's Den,find the Dragon Fang,(in Crystal it's different because you have to take a quiz).Then you will get a call from Professor Elm go to the lab and he will give you a Master Ball.
And I can see that your Eevee evolved too.

Oh yeah I remember you told me that you had Gold. But if you get Crystal you have to take a quiz (I'm not really sure because I have Silver).
