3rd Gen Max Happiness in minimal LVs

keep it in your party but dont battle with it to much.

attach it with soothe bell.

battle lots of trainers without actually using the one you want to raise up/evolve to build up money and go buy vitamins.

lots of ways (im not sure soothe bell is in shiny gold, since i dont actually know what shiny gold is lmao)
 
Sun stone you win at the National park like normal, Moon stone is for umbreon, The moon stone I dunno where to get except whwere it was in GSC original and thats Mount Moon at night when the Clefairy are out.
 
what the hell is the point of this thread and the best way to make a pokemon happy is let it fight battles give it Vitimnes and take it to the grommer

Well thanks for all the helps peoples. I currently don't have soothe bell in game, but that no longer matters. through the miracles of spamming hair cuts and Shiny Gold making this easier on me I have my Espeon and Azurill. Azurill evolved at LV 8, would of been 6 but I got into a couple of double battles and it was in the second spot by mistake. and as for the Eevee I used the Sun stone on it at LV 7, I'm so glad the park contest had opened up right after I found out I needed a sun stone XD
