How can you make a banner on paint anyway? o_O

You can... it just doesn't look as great, considering it doesn't have layers or fun effects... XD

Some people do pretty cool stuff on Paint. I'm not one of them though. XD;
 
I feel that way too! I mean, I like messing with it and trying new things, but I usually don't get much better at it. xX

Yeah, you can't do much on Paint, but if you know how to work it, you can make it turn out pretty good. @@ If I had the background seperate, and if I had the cutout of Pearl, I could probably make my banner on Paint. XD;

I remember my first banners, they were mostly done on paint and I used to re-size them which turned out very uber. I think I still have my first banner, its a Trunks banner if anyone remembers xD

I have no clue about your first banner Miss K, but my guess is that it must have been a Blue(girl) banner or a Tia Banner xD
 
Hm... I can't remember the first banner I made. Well, at least I can't think of it off the top of my head. XD

It appears to be a sucky banner of just pictures of Kaiba. ><;

There are many programs out there that are good.

I recommend Imageready, it can give you some good banners like the one I have or Photoimpact, thats another good one
