may i have hacked roms

    hey all,
    I'm new here and I've heard that there are many ROM hackers and developers
    and I would like to ask if I can uitbroberen a game that you yourself have made.
    and I have one question: anyone know good tools for pokemon diamond and pearl to change (the houses etc.).
