    I'm not sure if this was talked about already, or when this dub episode originally aired.. (I know it wasn't toooo long ago..) but I just now saw the episode for the first time, during the Marathon that's going on. Couldn't help but notice that Maylene's voice really sounded like Racheal Lillis. (Is it confirmed anywhere?) I'm probably not the first person to notice this, at all.. but I hadn't really seen it talked about. If it IS Racheal, then I think that's pretty awesome. o-o I wasn't aware the 4Kids VA's still got chances to work Pokemon. She's the only one that I've heard, though, thus far. I was really happy to know that she was able to do one of the voices in the series again. :3

    For those of who don't know, Racheal Lillis was Misty's original voice actress.

    Thats really surprising.

    That proves something.
    Most of the old VA's thought they wouldn't get a chance to be a part of Pokemon anymore.
    Maybe this means that eventually some of the others will their chance at it, as well.
    Hearing Racheal again was great. ;~;

    Well I knew that. I guess that means that her contract with 4Kids was up which means that she can now work on other shows. Still I guess this isn't the right thread to talk about that.

    I did notice it but only till somebody said something about it. Still it was a good voice. Yeppie.
     
    It was discussed in the episode discussions, but since she's the first main 4Kids cast member to jump abroad the show in recent memory (not counting those that had already done it), I'll let it go.
     
    In my opinion the voice was identical to Misty, which puts e off Maylene as it reminds me too much of Misty. Although I would be good to keep her if Misty was to return, As Jessie's new voice suits her more than the original.
     
    Dan was also Grovyle in PMD2.

    Anyway, it makes me wonder...

    I also heard Racheal Lillis as Sunflora and Shinx on the Mystery Dungeon show.

    I wonder if they'll actually do that. I think I'd cry. >>;

    @ bugsbunny: Aaah the MD special.. I missed it, so if any of the 4Kids VAs did voices in it, I wasn't aware.
    I do want to see it though.

    Yeah, I thought her voice sounded familiar, but didn't know for sure until I looked it up on Bulbapedia yesterday, when I went to check if the Shinx in MPD2 was her.
     
    Hmm, never was concerned about the voice actors before but since its Mistys original voice actress its cool.

    Rachel's voice is very nostalgic. I thought that she would make a Misty-like voice on Maylene, so at first I didn't realized that she was Rachel though.

    I wonder how she felt when her character talked to Jessie. Rachel also voiced Jessie right? xD

    I did do some research on this topic last night and found Rachael and Maddie are still under contract with 4Kids, but they just had renegotiations. I bet they had a line put in so that they can make appearances on Pokemon and still keep their jobs.
