Very nice site, especially for a shrine. A decent amount of content. Just needs a better layout.
And, if that image is from Zapchu, you really should get permission to use it first. =/

Oh, so sorry, didn't realized..... If I have time, I will take it off! As of now, I'm busy editing my friend's fic, so, I"ll come back later to remove it!

Can I ask what's wrong with frames? Because when i made this site, it was really meant to be a school Project in computer, so we were required to do frames...

So please someone reply to the what's wrong with frames question...

And yeah, i kinda feel it is a May shrine! -_-;;;;
 
Frames are evil. XD They're just not user-friendly some of the time, and not search-engine friendly. The left frame needs to be wider too. And Comic Sans = evil.

Oh, yeah forgot to mention a few things.... I edited my site on Firefox, and somewhat you need to adjust the font size of your to match with mine at least and to view the site properly.....

I know frames and comic sans are evil, but seriously, I need a decent review...
 
Its ok but you have only fully complete mays bio and why doesnt brok have his own one he is main charecter

Didn't have time to Make his own bio, and besides, I don't know much of him anyway..... although he did appear with ash in the old series...
 
Err...I don't like that hosting, I still say Geocities or Angelfire is better. But you do have alot of nice info and it is updated alot, so it doesn't make it that bad.

A very decent site there. I like many stuff in your site. You could adjust the resolution to 800x600 as most of the computers use that resolution. Do not use Comic Sans, it is good but other fonts give a more attractive look. Try Georgia, for example. I do know that you have used orange to relate with Haruka or something, but try someother color. Saul is giving away layouts for free in webmasters resrouces forum. Politely request one from him.

Frames are good but that was in the 1990's. In this millenium, it's PHP which rules the roos. So I suggest you to use PHP. Since you have already made your site using frames, switching to PHP won't be that tough.Last but not the least, don't start a forum of your own at this time. Try affiliating with a good medium size but decent forum which agrees to give a forum(Catergory) for your site. Otherwise your site has splendid content and you have worked hard to dedicate information to May. Hope this was the kinda review you expected.

And thanks for the decent review Crono Cr@cker, but the frames were just a school project and I don't have much time to learn PHP, unless my school will have it as computer lessons this Year! Yayness!
 
Here's my comments ^^;;

1)Since you have to use frames, go for it. Really, I don't mind frames all that much if you have good site navigation. PHP is mostly for bigger fansites, but yours is mainly a shrine so it fits nicely.

2)Find a nice layout. Whether or not you have to to design it your self, get an image-based site. Saul is designing free layouts right now, so go ask him xD You can still use frames with it, and it will make your site much more professional looking =D

3)Update regularly. If there's one thing I want to stress, its this. You lose hits if people think you don't care much about your site, and having your latest news be a month old turns visitors off. Right now your news seems to be updated rather sporatically (sp!) and I would work on making that an everyday / every other day thing.

4)Content! It looks like you have a very nice amount of content for a shrine! Try breaking up your side links with categories, like "Fan Stuff" for Fan Art/ Fanfics. Stuff like that. It's easier for your visitors to navigate.

5)Your graphics look very nice, just wanted to compliment you ^_~

6)Get a saybox! It adds a lot of interaction on your site! You can get a free one at https://saybox.co.uk ! They're awesome =3

Anyway, your site looks nice and shows a lot of promise! I like it a lot =3
 
thanks for the compliments, I really appriciate it...

I do updates and put on some news every week, so yeah, I jsut it right now....

And i'll try getting a layout from Someone.... maybe Jane's (Sequoia) friend Lina perhaps, sicne she's good at those! Yayness!

Hmm, I don't know exactly where to put the say box in my site, so I'm out of ideas...
