4th Gen Me again! 7th badge, so now what?

I just got my 7th badge and don't know what to do or where to go now.
I went to the 3rd lake but nothing happened just this purple haired grunt left there followed by Tommy and thats it.
So now...?

You go to the Galatic Warehouse - First you get Key from the Grunt in front of the Building in Veilstone City.

Then go beat the warehouse, free the three pokemon from the lakes, and go to the big mountain in the middle, up to the very top and defeat team galactic, and capture the legendary pokemon of whichever game you got.

So I did that what you said (thanks for the info!)
And now I am at Mt. Coronet but I can't get to the top :S have tried access from many points and at some point I just get at a dead end no mater which way I take, I never seen to get to the top... Do you know a walkthrough from that place?

you go in the orbridge side (place with the fist gym) and go up and surf over the water then use rock climb to get up the rocks

p.s. i'm not sure if you need strenth

You have to go up the mountain from the Hearthome City side.

HM08 Rock Climb is found in Route 217,above a hiker's house.Also,if you talk to him after you picked up the HM,he will give you an icicle plate
