foobar2000 for music.

Zoom Player, the free version. I was searching for a player that let me zoom into videos (duh!) and it's been a big help to me. I've used it ever since.

VLC, but my default is WMP. I don't need anything too fancy. Besides, all of my music is on Spotify anyway.

I use mpv for both audio and video. I formerly used MPlayer, which I haven't yet gotten around to uninstalling.

iTunes. been using it since i got my first iPod (it was a 1st gen nano i think..1st or 2nd gen i don't remember).
