Mega Launcher effects

    I just have one question, does Mega Launcher only work if the Pokémon with that ability is out in the battle?

    I can help you here!

    The answer is, yes. However, keep in mind moves affected by Mega Launcher only get the boost from the Mega Launcher user's moves.
