I've been wanting to create a new team based around Mega Lopunny and since i'm not really good at making teams I just wanted to put it up for some suggestions and advice on switching up the team I have thus far.

    - Ice Punch

Even though Drain Punch gives Mega Lopunny more sustainability, High Jump Kick is still preferred over it, as Mega Lopunny needs all the power it can get. With Scrappy, Mega Lopunny doesn't have to worry about Ghosts switching in to block HJK. Remember that Limber is the preferred pre-Mega Evo ability for Lopunny, as Cute Charm and Klutz are useless. You can even use Drain Punch alongside High Jump Kick, as Normal + Fighting is perfect coverage alongside Scrappy:
    -Fake Out
    -Return
    -High Jump Kick
    -Ice Punch/Healing Wish/Drain Punch
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Lopunnite
    Ability: Limber

Here's a Substitute set to consider, as Mega Lopunny forces switches pretty easily:
    -Substitute
    -Return
    -High Jump Kick
    -Power-Up Punch/Ice Punch/Baton Pass
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Lopunnite
    Ability: Limber

Knock Off is pretty much a mandatory move on Bisharp, as it has excellent utility in removing non-Mega Stone items. Bisharp also has little use for Jolly, as Sucker Punch takes care of its Speed problems:
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Knock Off
    -Pursuit/Swords Dance
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Dread Plate/Black Glasses
    Ability: Defiant

Swords Dance is out of place on U-turn Talonflame, as the latter wastes away Talonflame's Attack boosts. I'd rather keep both of these separate:
    -Swords Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe (Adamant) or 120 HP/252 Atk/136 Spe (Jolly)
    Item: Life Orb/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -U-turn
    -Tailwind/Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Gale Wings

Consider Greninja somewhere on this team, as it can apply offensive pressure on the opponent alongside Mega Lopunny:
    -Hydro Pump
    -Gunk Shot
    -Ice Beam/Dark Pulse/Hidden Power (Fire)/Extrasensory/Low Kick
    -Ice Beam/Dark Pulse/Hidden Power (Fire)/Extrasensory/Low Kick
    Nature: Naive
    EVs: 40 Atk/216 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Protean

Thanks so much! Having U-Turn and Swords Dance on Talonflame does seem pretty dumb now that I think about it XD

Well, you have 3 pokemon weak to fighting. Something with Mach Punch could destroy half your team.

Breloom for example takes out Rotom Wash, Excadrill, Lopunny and Bisharp. They'd only have to work around your Talonflame and it'd be game, because even Clefable doesn't really want to switch in on Breloom. It's slower and will have to take a spore, followed by a technician Bullet Seed.

You also struggle a bit for Special Attackers. I personally like to keep it quite balanced because otherwise, a strong physical wall could come in and just wall almost all your team because you only have 2 special attackers and neither of them are invested in special attack. You need to throw in a special attacker that hits hard off the bat, perhaps replace your Bisharp with a special attacker.
