    Hooray! Another game in the famous MMBN series. I know this topic is rort of late, but I'm just now planning on getting the game =D. Well, but I thought I'd get this just for fun...and because I just happen to own a DS ^^;;

    Does anyone own this game? It sounded good being on the DS and all but I'm just too lazy to go look for any reviews or anything. And, if you don't feel like answering my question, feel free to discuss the game =D

    I've never been a Mega Man fan, let alone a new mega man fan. The Network Battle games aren't like the classic ones are they...

    It makes a nice addition to the series, and contains both versions of Battle Network 5, with many new features. The touch screen doesn't play a huge role, it's just used for menus, and for changing your navi with the Party Battle System. I own both this game and Battle Network 5: Team Protoman, and I prefer the DS version over the GBA one.

    Yes, I suppose the DS version would be better than than the others, considering it combines the two of them into one game. I didn't think the touch screen would do very much, considering that there would not be much that you could do with it, but I guess that it is a nice, new addition.

    FORTE!!!!!!!!
    BLUES!!!!!!!!
    NORMALNAVI!!!!!!!

    Now that that's done with...

    I am going to buy this. Two games in one. Two Rockman EXE games in one.
    Plus with the special additions like Party Battle System, and the abilty to transfer navis in liberation missions, this is going to rock.

    But they need to make Forte Cross Rockman easier to obtain, it's ridiculously difficult.
    At least it's not as hard as defeating Forte BX in EXE6. I haven't done it yet.

    Yeah, I got the game, and I'm on a liberation mission. I'm finding it hard to beat Cloudman ><;;;; I only have two rows to move in, and that renders a ton of my chips useless, because they only have a range of three ;_;

    If you only have that much space, you may need to take an extra move or so and clear the space on the sides on Cloudman, that'll make it so you have more space that him. Also, its a sign you need more chips like cannon.

    Ohh, thanks a ton for the advice, David/Kurosaki ^^; After I cleared the spaces around him, I finally got three rows during battle. After that, all it took was MegaMan and ProtoMan to defeat CloudMan, he was rather easy ^^

    i hear you, they arent the same

    MMBN5DS is undoubtfully the best MMBN game ever. (MMBN2 is great too)

    I like Colonel's version most :D

    Well, I was on ANOTHER forum, adn what did I hear? You don't need the Forte Mark to get FCR? HELLZ ROLLING!!!!

    The music is great, I particularly like the Liberation Mission Music. Just not the actual missions.

    EDIT: You won't like Cloudman in the secret liberation missions. However if you're playing Colonel, go into Chaos Tomahawk.
