You get bug style by having a bug in your navi and always keeping the bug until you have the style... never got it before, though... lol.
 
HOW TO GET BUG STYLE IN MMBN-3:
In the Navi-Customizer, put in some misplaced or non-acceptable colored programs. After you press RUN, MegaMan should say "I little dizzy, but I am okay" or something like that. You should keep battling like that until you get the BugStyle. To improve the style to further versions, keep the bug in the Navi Customizer and keep the BugStyle on while in battle.
