Megaman Net Transmition: a glitched past

"We are here because we wanted to track down the person who sent us those E-mails." Kay said opening the door "Come on my room is upstairs" Kay walked up the stairs and into his room. The wall by his bed was covered with drawings of Net navi's he had made. HIs tv sat in front of his bed and next to the closet was a computer desk with his laptop and computer. "Okay I think we can find the person faster if we both search. Kay handed Tek the laptop and sat on his computer chair. Let's get started." Kay turned on his computer and stared searching for the user. "Zen I think you can help me with this too." He jacked in Zen as she started to help as well.
 
"oh yeah I knew that, I just... I knew that" (ok, ready tek lets bust us some viruses)
"right, Jack in, Kit, Power-up!" (ok the jack-in worked but we have no clues to go on) "here maybe you can get something from this" Tek sent a copy of the E-mail to Tek (ok lets get started, maybe if I cross the letters, no that got me nothing, maybe backwards? dangit it didn't work, hmm maybe if I trace the digital signature back to the sender, nothin, wait its probablyjust a simple riddle, maybe a jokes site can get us something?) "worth a shot, find the joke shop cyber world"
 
OOc: I may be dropping out of this, i've been gone for a good while and i don't know if i'll be able to pick it up again... i'll check when i've got more time
 
OOC: well since kay and I started up, no one else has really done anything, so nothing much has happened, it would be easy to jump back in
 
"Have you had any luck finding anything Zen?" Kay asked getting a bit frustrated. (Nope none what so ever, it seems that this person didn't want to be found). "Well keep looking there has to be something somewhere. What about you Tek have you and Kit found anyhting yet?" Kay asked now leaning back in the computer chair.
 
"hmm, no not yet, the joke server takes a while to load so we may be here a bit, but in anycase at least we got a lead" Tek said getting annoyed at the slow download time (were 64% there Tek, why don't we speed things up?) "with what?" (The navi customizer) "oh, that might work"
 
"The Navi customizer? I havn't heard of that before." Kay said a bit confused. "What does it do?"(Well maybe if you were a bit patient he would have expained it alredy). "Well you don't have to go butting into peoples buisness like you always do." (Well if I wasn't in your buissness you would never know what time of day it was.) "Oh be quiet and keep looking!" (Fine, but next time I'm not setting your alarm.)
 
OOC: um, if you really don't know its a special tool that appeared in BN3 that allowed you to change mega's stats and abilities
IC: "Its a tool for the PET, it allows you to alter you'r navi stats with customizer programs, but if you customize wrong you'll cause a bug in your navi's programming, though all you have to do to get rid of the bug is to redo the cusomization" (ok Tek, and did you get it yet?) "dangit! I was gonna get it today, but forgot, with the E-mail and stuff, and by the time I get there and get back with the customizer we'll be loaded, so we might as well wait" (you can get it later, we'll probably need it)
 
(Well I guess you learn something new everyday). said Zen in a giggle. "Hey what are you laughing at?" (I'm shocked that you didn't know what it was considering you used it before on a test Navi). "Hey that was a while ago okay. I can't be expected to remember trivial things like that. Anyway don't you have a message to trace?" (Yes master tracing away).
 
"yeah you two seem to get along greeaat" (Tek don't make fun of people, its not nice)
"...ok" (ok were at 96% tek we'll be in any minute...)

um, I'm pretty sure its called a syncro chip.
