The idea is to get Victini and Cofagrigus out as soon as possible. Using collector to fill my bench with Chikorita, Yamask, Victini, Exeggecute, Cleffa, Celebi (any 3 depending on situation) evolving them and using Meganium to stack grass energys on Exeggutor. And with Victory Star, I can deal more damage with Exeggutor if I don't get a good dice roll (necessary with that many energy attached) I used Magneboar as an inspiration for this deck, as Meganium serves as the Emboar, Exeggutor as Magnezone, Cofagrigus (w/o ability) in combination with the Cofagrigus with the ability to move all my damage counters to the opponent as my main attacker.

Well ability Cofagrigus can stay alive on a coin flip and have 10 HP left. I can switch him out for non ability Cofagrigus and move ability Cofagrigus's damage counters to the opponents active Pokemon. I would love to put reuniclus in if I had him, but sadly i don't.

Yeah it's a shame Exeggutor has a relatively low HP, but I can always retreat, seeker, energy retrieval.

They need to make a grass pokemon with an ability to lay down as many grass energys as you want, much like Emboar, or Feraligatr. I will be very happy :D

The main problems I see with those is that it's possible to be too easily knocked out and then you're stuck without a Pokemon to do damage with. And they have high retreat costs so you'd need a Switch every time.

I suppose that's one way to go about it.

I think there were some in the past... but I can't remember which ones they were.

Ultimately, I decided to just stick with an Ice Deck, as I've had the most success with it. It's beaten reshiphlosion a lot, Magneboar like 3 times, and it even beat zpst once!
