Gah. Heres the n00b. This is my team for competitive battling, and...GAH! XD i hope i got it right this time ;)

    [PokeCommunity.com] ~meh~ (RMT OU) AGAIN!?!?!

    Scizor @ Choice Band
    Trait: Technician
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Bullet Punch
    - U-Turn
    - Brick Break
    - Pursuit

Pursuit (which is boosted by Technician) will destroy other Choice Scarfers on the revenge kill assuming they aren't using an attack that will knock out Scizor. U-Turn provides a solid STAB attack that is very useful for scouting on top of doing damage, and Bullet Punch (also boosted by Technician, obviously) gives Scizor some revenge killing capabilities.

    [PokeCommunity.com] ~meh~ (RMT OU) AGAIN!?!?!

    Tyranitar @ Life Orb
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EVs: 176 Atk / 252 Spe / 80 HP
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Stone Edge
    - Crunch
    - Pursuit
    - Aqua Tail

MWHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA (-_-) (LOL Im so srry. Im tired and hyper at the same time right now and i cant think of anything to say)

    [PokeCommunity.com] ~meh~ (RMT OU) AGAIN!?!?!

    Suicune @ Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 172 HP / 120 SpA / 216 Spe
    - Calm Mind
    - Hidden Power [Electric]
    - Ice Beam
    - Hydro Pump

Calm Mind works in the same way it does Swords Dance for Lucario (at the bottom) to power up my three SAtk moves. The rest, well…do I have to explain?

    [PokeCommunity.com] ~meh~ (RMT OU) AGAIN!?!?!

    Flygon @ Choice Band
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 252 Atk / 256 Spe
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Outrage
    - Thunder Punch
    - U-Turn
    - Earthquake

Flygon can usually 2HKO most things that does not resist it, and U-Turn severely hampers those Pokémon (especially Cresselia).

    [PokeCommunity.com] ~meh~ (RMT OU) AGAIN!?!?!

    Snorlax @ Leftovers
    Trait: Thick Fat
    EVS: 168 hp/120 def/220 sp.D
    Careful Nature
    -Curse
    -Rest
    -Body slam
    -Fire punch

    ZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz…………………….. (-_-)

    [PokeCommunity.com] ~meh~ (RMT OU) AGAIN!?!?!

    Lucario @ Life Orb
    Trait: Inner Focus
    EVs: 252Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Swords Dance
    - Close Combat
    - Crunch
    - Ice Punch

Swords Dance obviously is here to power up the OHKO Close Combat. If that doesn't work, I always have the reliable Iron Tail and Ice Punch. Since Lucario is very speedy here, it will almost always be able it be the first to OHKO.

PLZ RATE AND FIX! ANYTHING HELPFUL WILL REALLY HELP!

SDLuke needs Extremespeed or else he's too easy to revenge kill.
    Snorlax prefers Earthquake.
Flygon wants Fire Punch in order to hurt floating steels.
Why are you leading with Scizor?

EDIT: Four Choice Banders is way, way, way too much... Everything can use you as setup fodder that way.

Well, right away, I see a flaw. You have four Choice Banders. Standard competition has Item Clause (I believe), so you can only have one Pokemon holding a Choice Band.

Barring that, all of your Pokemon are all-out attackers, some requiring some kind of set-up. I recommend building a team that has several different roles covered.

No, Item Clause isn't in standard competition.

Item Clause is used quite rarely, just so you know.

Extrasensory is quite a poor move on Calm Mind Suicune, providing poor coverage with no STAB at all, I suggest Hidden Power Electric for enemy Water-types.

    edit: juhytgrfedrftyhujyhg Shiroi Togekiss >=/

Hidden Power [Electric]>>Extrasensory - Gyara Taunts you, then lolololol.

    Earthquake>>Selfdestruct - Or am I wrong?

    Extreme Speed>>Crunch - Yes.

4 Choice Banders is a huge problem...

Use this instead of that Suicune:

    Suicune @ Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 172 HP / 120 SpA / 216 Spe
    - Calm Mind
    - Hidden Power [Electric]
    - Ice Beam
    - Hydro Pump
    ^Stolen from D_A. >:)

    Edit: Urgh! Beaten!

No, put Earthquake over Superpower. Snorlax's Choice Banded, STABed Selfdestruct has immense power, able to blow its way through even Skarmory (with SR down).
It's like wondering if you would put Fire Punch over Explosion on SD Lickilicky; just shouldn't be done.

Like I said, I was mistaken. It has been ages since I played in the OU metagame. ^^; Most of the time, people wanted Item Clause, so I assumed that was part of standard.

I just noticed that Flygon has points invested in Special attack, yet no special attacks are in its moveset. I'm certain they don't need to be there.

EDIT: Also, this appears to be nearly the same team that was locked last time. I suggest a more informed approach to team building, rather than changing the items they hold and a few select moves. =/

Oh, k, I don't really have experience with CB Lax.

The other problem with Choice Items is U-Turn. If Scizor is out and you U-Turn to Flygon (or vice versa), then Flygon HAS to use U-Turn.

Suicune is going to get destroyed quickly with Life Orb recoil+sand stream. Bulky waters can work on a sand storm team, but they pretty much always need Leftovers or RestTalk.

I believe they fixed the U-Turn issue for Platinum.

    change snorlax to cures lax
    Snorlax @ Leftovers
    Careful,Thich fat
    168 hp/120 def/220 sp.D
    ~Curse
    ~Rest/Self destruct
    ~Return/Body slam
    ~Earthquake/Crunch/Fire punch

Rest will give you a semi-status absorber.

can u please explain Curselax plz?

Well there isn't much to explain..here is what the smogon people say about it..

While Curselax has historically been the epitome of power and durability, it has become far less stable in the highly offensive D/P metagame; however, it still poses a significant threat to unprepared individuals. As expected, Curse is the crux of this set; it boosts Snorlax's mediocre Defense and good Attack while dropping its useless Speed, so that Snorlax is reasonably good at taking attacks from both ends of the offensive spectrum, and deal decent damage itself. Whether to use Body Slam or Return for its Normal STAB is purely a matter of power or paralysis. Generally, the paralysis is more useful for Snorlax, but if one feels that a bit more power is favorable, Return is available for 20% greater force. One may note that Double-edge is sadly absent from this set; unlike as in previous generations, Snorlax can't afford to squander as much of its HP on recoil damage.
The next choice is whether to attempt to remain alive longer with Rest and risk the opponent setting up while Snorlax is asleep, or to shirk longevity and destroy something on the way out with a STAB Selfdestruct. Prior to D/P, Rest was overwhelmingly more useful, but in D/P, Selfdestruct has risen to a level plane with it, as sleeping for two turns is a significantly greater liability, whereas Selfdestruct is the emergency resource so many teams need in order to combat an unexpected reversal. The last move is also quite variable. Earthquake is often the preferred option to hit Tyranitar, Metagross, and others, but leaves Snorlax completely vulnerable to Mismagius, and to some extent, Gengar (note that without Focus Blast or Perish Song, Gengar will be stalled out of PP by Snorlax if the latter has Rest). Crunch hurts the Ghosts at the expense of being futile against the first group. Fire Punch is the compromise option, which deals well with both the Ghosts and Metagross; Tyranitar still switches in with impunity, however.
The EVs on this Snorlax are configured for optimal defensive efficiency; while displacing 4 EVs from Special Defense to HP would provide a slight amount more of overall defenses, that course has not been taken because if it were, Snorlax would have 504 HP, which is divisible by 8 and therefore would make it more susceptible to residual damage than if the current 503 HP spread was utilized. This spread focuses primarily on improving its special defensive capabilities, but also maintains a solidity in its physically defensive sector to make switching in and taking attacks after few Curses easier. While investing some EVs into Attack may seem tempting, the fact is that Snorlax simply can't afford to do so in D/P; even with this spread, Snorlax can take up to 54% from a Choice Specs Modest Salamence's Draco Meteor, 60% from a Life Orb Timid Azelf's Nasty Plotted Psychic, and 83% from a Life Orb Modest Porygon-Z's Nasty Plotted Adaptability Tri Attack.
