Memory Link?

Memory Link (Japanese: ??????? Memory Link) is a feature in Pok?mon Black 2 and White 2. Memory Link allows players to sync either of the original Black and White games with Black 2 and White 2 via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection or DS Wireless Communications. With this feature, the player can access new game features and interactions in Black 2 and White 2. The player will need to progress their Pok?mon Black or White game to specific points in the main story in order to unlock certain flashbacks via the Memory Link.

There are several events that take place via Memory Link.

Flashbacks

Certain NPCs will reflect on the past when spoken to after Memory Link has been activated. These memories will explain some of the events that happen in the two-year gap that led to the current Unova.

Player's room

If the player has achieved certain goals in the original Black and White, such as a certificate for the Pok?dex and trophies from the Battle Subway, then they can be transferred to the player's room in Black 2 and White 2 and can be observed from there.

Musical Props

The player may receive the Props for the Pok?mon Musical that were previously owned by the player. The owner will claim that they have dropped it accidentally and will give the player the props.

Loblolly's Studio

Items can be brought over to the player's Dream World home from the player's Dream World home from Black and White if the player assists Loblolly picking items for creation which end up in the Dream World in Black and White.

N's Pok?mon

The player may obtain and capture some of N's Pok?mon that he previously had during his adventure in the original Black and White, excluding the Pok?mon that N had used during the final battle against the player in Black and White. To find N's Pok?mon, the player must defeat N and Ghetsis in Black and White.

Battles

When Memory Link is used, the player can battle Bianca and Cheren, who have their old team from the original Black and White, depending on who the starter Pok?mon was in Black and White. The player must have defeated N and Ghetsis in Black and White in order to have these one-time battles.

This also gives huge development and more personalities character like Gym Leader and the proves that Gen 5 have most great development characters more than any Gen.
But Ironic, this feature is so Underrated

My favorite Flashback is A Triple Team
I feel bad to Trio Striaton because everyone treats them like a joke because they do not come to N's Castle A year Ago.And that make them stop becoming Gym Leader.

My Favorite Quote is

It's been so long I don't remember what happened in memory link for the most part but I Honestly think it was such a cool feature and definitely not promoted enough. No other game (except maybe the Johto games) references and ties up loose ends in this way. From a selling perspective - they created the perfect thing to get people to buy both (despite the fact that the sequel was already a selling point). Seriously this is actually one of the reasons why people can't really say Fifth Gen is the worst - the fact that both games are so incredibly connected in that you'll REALLY benefit from playing the previous one.

That was sort of the case with the Johto games but honestly I started on Gold and I didn't have any issues with exploring Kanto. If anything it made me want to get those games more. Whereas here with B2W2 I really don't think B2W2 can be appreciated anywhere near enough without first exploring BW - and to me that's a really awesome thing. The memory link just cements that connection. Keep all these things in mind + the Dream World... I can't help but think these games were the most thought out at the time (maybe even overall). They didn't need to add Memory Link, but they did. I just wish they promoted it more/made it more of a start of game thing but I guess that would have confused people more...

I never caught any of N's Pokemon though I think :( I definitely remember reading how lucky people were though... and how I would think it was a shiny If any appeared!
