menu freezes game

    Hello
    I can't open the menu because the game freezes completely when I press start. It doesn't freeze when I press start in another context (such as the screen where you name yourself, the rival or your PKMN). When I reset the game it works, but freezes again when I try to open the menu.
    How can I solve this?
    This is a FireRed hack, by the way.

    What hacks are you using related to the menu? Consider removing them. If you're not using any, restarting is a good idea. Debugging something like this is generally hard and it ends up being because Amap wrote some data there or something silly. You would be better off restarting in most cases and taking steps in prevention.
