As far as the poll goes, I like Meowth.

& As far as the topic goes, I'd say he's more good than evil. If it hadn't have been for Team Rocket's influence he wouldn't never have considered playing the bad guy card in the first place. Besides, he was a perfectly nice Pokemon in the past, since he mentioned it in that 'Go West, Young Meowth' episode.

Meowth isn't good or evil. He's just misunderstood. He came out a tough city life and found refuge with Jessie and James. Meowth repays Jessie and James by helping them catch Pikachu.
