This is just an idea I had floating around. I really want to make a hack for this but I have absolutly no idea how. Could someone please give me detaild instructions how. And I mean detailed to the max. I want this to be a success.

Name: Meowth's Rage

Hack of: Pokemon Emerald

Summary: Meowth has been abandoned by Jessie and James, deemed a so called failure. Professor Birch finds the pokemon injured and alone on the outskirts of town, but then gets attacked while trying to defend it. Enter Misa a brand new pokemon trainer, and the joke of her town. Will she and Meowth prove they have what it takes to journey to the top? Can two losers really be winners after all?
