I was thinking about adding these two to my team and ive come up with these movesets. I Know they may not be the best but i was trying to cover each Pokemon's main weaknesses.

    Metagross@Lum Berry/Leftovers
    Adamant/Jolly Nature
    EVs:6Hp, 252 Speed , 252 Attack
    - Meteor Mash (For STAB)
    - Earthquake (To take out fire types)
    - Explosion (Last Resort Move)
    - Thunder Punch/Agility (This is the main one im struggling on because with Agility i can out run things which are a threat but without Thunderpunch Skarmory completely Walls this set)

    Dragonite@Lum Berry/Leftovers
    Adamant Nature
    EVs:6Hp, 252 Attack, 252 Speed
    - Dragon Dance (Ups Attack and Speed which is good)
    - Dragon Claw (For STAB and other Dragons)
    - Brick Break (Takes care of rock types and ice types)
    - Thunder Punch (Since most waters have Ice Beam in their moveset)

Any Suggestions and help to make these better would be greatly appreciated.

I decided to run this on my Dragonite:

    Adamant @ Choice Scarf
    Outrage
    Earthquake
    Thunderpunch
    Firepunch

Scarf lets you beat all those dragons who think they're faster than you and Outrage slaughters them with its new 120 attack base + your nature boosted 134 attack base w/ STAB. The rest just seem to have the overall best type coverage. I tried Brick Break and Waterfall but decided against both in favor of the other three you see here.

Ah thanks ill consider that, but im not sure about Outrage though i know it has 120 base power which is nice, but its the "confusion" part at the end of the move i dont like.

Normally this would be a problem, but the idea with any Choice sweeping is to get in, ko what's there and switch out to something else only to switch in later and use a different move. If you're still not convinced, Dragon Claw will still likely win the day for you since you'll be going first and Dragonite has some good thickness to it.

Dragon Claw isnt that strong a move, well its ok, but its not as strong as Outrage. So ill stick with Outrage like you originally said.

and does anyone have any suggestions for what could be done with the Metagross moveset ?

    I like this Dragonite:

    Focus Punch
    Substitute
    Outrage
    Flamethrower

The problem is deciding the EVs.

Dragonite's best asset is that it can DD and Outrage. You should certainly abuse that for late game sweeps. Fire Blast is necessary for pesky steel types that resist Outrage, and then some sort of filler for the last move, based on what your team needs. For PBR 3v3, Life Orb works well with Draggy (as it does with everything).

As for Metagross, that's pretty good. You could go with Scarf and have Thunderpunch. That way you have a fast Explosion ready if you need it.

Metagross can be used many many ways. It all depends on what your looking for really.

    Mixed gross would be

    Metagross @ Life orb

    Modest/Adamant/Jolly nature
    EV's up to you
    Psychic
    Meteor mash
    Thunder punch/Shadowball
    Grass knot

Jolly is good to help outrun slower moving targets. This set covers alot of pokemon weaknesses.

Dragonite actually with DD and outrage is VERY good So that is suggested =P

Any particular targets for Psychic? Mixed Metagross seems a little odd. o_o; The only fighting types Metagross really has problems with are usually weak to Earthquake. I'm not saying it's bad, I'm just curious as to why Psychic.

ive used it simply because of stab. Its kinda of a custom list i came up with that ive been using with pretty big success. So i figured I would suggest it for someone else =P also helps you not get completely owned by weezing users(seen a bit of them as of late)

Mm, I guess mixed Metagross is a surprise for Blissey. What are you doing for EVs? How does MM do against it?

    Im Jolly nature

    126atk/126spatk/252spd/4def

And it's REALLY funny when a Blissey switches in thinking that I am a special gross. Switches in to a meteor mash =P

Yeah, but Meteor Mash is standard even on a surprise special sweeping Metagross. Blissey being sent into any kind of Metagross just doesn't happen often.

Either way, I highly suggest to steer clear from a special sweeping Metagross, or even the mixed sweeper. But anyways! Generally, there are two common types of Metagross you'll see: Agility Metagross and Choice Band Metagross.

    For Agiligross, go with this:

    Metagross @ Leftovers/Life Orb
    EVs: 252 Attack, 152 HP, 104 Speed
    - Meteor Mash
    - Earthquake
    - Thunderpunch/Explosion
    - Agility

I highly prefer Thunderpunch, but Explosion is nearly a guaranteed OHKO on anything that doesn't resist it. But on an Agiligross, Thunderpunch allows you to take down bulky water types (most commonly Milotic) that otherwise don't fear Metagross. But Explosion is still an option, especially if you use Life Orb; goes something like this: send out Metagross, Agility, sweep until he's about to die, and Explode for a final OHKO on anything that doesn't resist it. If used well, Metagross should kill at least three Pokemon.

Now, for CBgross, things get a bit different. While Choice Band increases the power of physical attacks, it also allows the use of only one (till you switch out), so never use any moves besides attacking ones. Here we go:

    Metagross @ Choice Band
    EVs: 252 HP, 252 Attack, 6 Speed
    - Meteor Mash
    - Earthquake
    - Explosion
    - Thunderpunch/Pursuit

CBgross is one of the biggest monsters around... just between Meteor Mash and Earthquake, it hits anyone (exept Skarmory) for good damage. Thunderpunch is preferred, but if you can't get it, Pursuit is an option. Goes like this: You switch in to someone who you're certain will switch out, and use Pursuit for a possible OHKO. And then we have Explosion, the ultimate last resort... with Gross' simply insane Attack, and add a Choice Band, Explosion becomes so powerful it can sometimes even OHKO a Skarmory. If Metagross isn't your only physical sweeper (can sometimes happen on staller teams like mine), Explode on someone giving you problems (like a Garchomp or TTar) for an OHKO, and that may very well save the game for you.

    EDIT: just to add:

    - Thunder Punch/Agility (This is the main one im struggling on because with Agility i can out run things which are a threat but without Thunderpunch Skarmory completely Walls this set)

Skarmory walls any Metagross set, actually... even Thunderpunch does mediocre damage to Skarm, because it's physical. Thunderpunch is there to take down bulky waters that counter Gross; for a Skarmory, it will just make him hesitent to switch in, especially if his HP is low. But besides that, Skarmory always walls Metagross.
