Metallica VS Dragonforce

I do like Metallica better than Dragonforce, but that's like saying i like...phsyics homework better than math homework.
I mean their last two albums are kinda...really... bad. I haven't listened to much of Death Magnetic but St. Anger is musically simple and a lot of the lyrics make me laugh... and Metallica's music is not supposed to make you laugh... but lyrics that do make me laugh are :
"I'm madly in anger with you." and "My lifestyle determines my deathstyle".
That being said... Master of Puppets is perhaps one of the best albums, ever.

I like both, but I would choose Metallica over DragonForce. Their song 'Sad But True' is just truly awesome, their new album isn't really anything special though. Still their older work is just (Sic)!:D

Dude...if you're not fond of Death Magnetic, at least rent it from a library and listen to the whole thing. Honestly, I think that's their number 3 album of all time.
St. Anger is a good album, but the production just sucks so I'm on the same page with you, only St. Anger for me is a highly respected album for me.
MOP...I can agree with you on it being one of the best albums ever, but for me my fav Metallica album will be ...And Justice for All since it's the only album where Lars Ulrich shines on the drum kit. The drums and guitar on that album are just insane.
