Just sorting one out... As far as I can tell, only Mega Gardevoir gets pixilate? Am I trading you a regular Gardevoir with hyper voice?

You are right. Apparently only Mega Gardevoir gets pixilate. no wonder i couldn't find a normal one.. my bad :(
