Mew in Pokemon Red/Blue

    So I found this on the official pokemon website.
    Does it actually exist in game?
    I mean without using glitches or cheating, is this picture possible or has it been created by nintendo specially for their original red/blue page?
     
    I think it's a typo, honestly. Cause Mew isn't obtainable just...like that. There's a glitch to get it, and there were events to get it. But this isn't how they were performed. When you have a question, please use the Q&A thread. In this case, you would use the Metal/Color Q&A thread.
