Mewtwo EX for Rocket's Mewtwo, good or bad?

It depends, what do you like btter, there all great cards, the choice is up to yours really!
 
I'm not really a big fan of EX cards. Many of them aren't good enough for the big disadvantage they all have (your opponent getting two prizes). Mewtwo EX is just a copy of a promo (that already had an exact copy except for picture -_-) with more HP, larger retreat cost, and the attack doing more damage (60 instead of 40).

I'd say keep Rocket's Mewtwo. And I prefer the two previous promo Mewtwos over the EX one because your opponent doesn't get two prizes and the old ones have less retreat cost.

Also in my opinion (not effecting the game in any way), the Mewtwo EX card was just a complete piece of laziness. They just copy/pasted the attacks, changed a few numbers, added a colorless energy under retreat cost, copy/pasted a picture of Mewtwo from SSBM, and slapped on the EX saying it is a new, better card...
 
I would also say keep the Rocket's Mewtwo. Rocket's Mewtwo is a good Pok?mon for Psychic decks. Mewtwo EX is horrible. It is not good at all and the price you pay for having it in your deck is losing 2 prizes because it is not good at all.
 
Mewtwo ex is a fast powerful card. Way better than Rocket's Mewtwo I have seen more play with Mewtwo ex than R. Mewtwo. I prefer mewtwo ex over rockets but that is just my liking.
